To request a vehicle access pass for loading/unloading at events or for vehicles that are part of a display, please submit the application at least two working days in advance (preferably five days). The pass will be emailed to you within two working days of submission, and must be displayed on the vehicle(s).
Please note that access passes do not serve as parking permits, and parking is not available on site. The 12t weight limit applies to Queen Street Mall.
