A Christmas Blackout

Ned and Ted are worried Santa won't find them in their new apartment, they rally their neighbours to light up their balconies. But when a blackout hits on Christmas Eve, the community bands together with candles, music, and spirit to ensure Santa's arrival.
City Hall Lights runs every 15 minutes from 7.30pm to midnight, from 5-24 December.
- Caters for people who are deaf or have hearing loss.
- Caters for people with sufficient mobility to climb a few steps but who would benefit from fixtures to aid balance. (This includes people using walking frames and mobility aids)
- Caters for people who use a wheelchair.
